Are you organised, commercially aware and confident working with data, suppliers and competing priorities? We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and support both Demand Planning and Purchasing.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will help ensure the right inventory arrives at the right time. You will review demand, monitor stock, place and manage purchase orders, work closely with suppliers, and maintain accurate information across our ERP systems.

What you'll be doing

Purchasing

  • Work closely with vendors to resolve delivery discrepancies, pricing variances and product issues.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, including prices, delivery dates and supplier information.
Demand planning
  • Review inventory levels and demand trends to identify potential shortages and overstock.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather sales data and market insights for forecasting.
  • Analyse historical data to support baseline replenishment and stock allocation plans.
Data management
  • Maintain accurate ERP data, including item master data, supplier details and pricing structures.
  • Produce regular inventory and performance reports for management review.
  • Audit purchasing and planning data to protect data integrity and minimise operational errors.

What we're looking for

Essential experience and skills
  • One to three years' experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory control or logistics coordination.
  • Experience managing multiple vendor accounts in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including LOOKUP functions, Pivot Tables and basic data manipulation.
  • Attention to detail:
You handle numbers, order quantities and system data with exceptional accuracy.
  • Analytical thinking:
You can interpret demand trends, stock metrics and forecasting models.
  • Problem-solving:
You take initiative to resolve supplier delays and inventory discrepancies quickly.
  • Communication:
You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Self-management:
You are organised, motivated and comfortable meeting deadlines while working independently.
  • Experience working with multiple suppliers.
  • Previous experience in demand planning or inventory forecasting.
  • Familiarity with the EFACS ERP platform.

You will play an important part in keeping our supply chain running smoothly, working across purchasing and demand planning in a role with real operational impact. The hybrid working model offers a balance of collaboration and independent work.
