Logistics Coordinator; International Trade

• Coordinate and manage international shipments via air, sea, and land transport.
• Prepare and process all required shipping documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and import/export permits.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws and regulations.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to international shipments promptly.
• Negotiate shipping rates and service agreements with carriers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all international logistics activities and associated costs.
• Communicate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve international logistics processes and reduce costs.

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
• Solid understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Experience with shipping documentation and customs clearance processes.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple international shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with different global markets and trade practices is a plus.
