Replenishment Planner; Fully Remote

• You will own replenishment for Backcountry's Bike business, ensuring core products stay in stock without excess inventory.
• You'll sit between merchants, planners, vendors, and the distribution center, turning demand signals into purchase orders.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end replenishment, generating purchase orders based on forecast, on-hand inventory, and vendor lead times.
• Set and maintain replenishment parameters and monitor key inventory metrics.
• Run weekly exception reports and partner with vendors to resolve issues.
