Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Own supplier strategy across dairy, nutritional ingredients, premixes, and packaging.
- Lead negotiation of multi-year supply agreements and qualify new suppliers for new categories.
- Stand up cost accounting and PPV reporting for raw material and packaging spend.
- Own procurement's ERP use for planning, MRP, PO issuance, and item costing.
- Manage and develop the purchasing team.
- Shift from reactive tactical buying to proactive category strategy and supplier relationship management.
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Science, and Finance on specs, audits, and cash timing.
- Support new product launches end to end from a procurement standpoint.
