  • Maintain accurate system data and order status updates, including supplier confirmations, component clear dates, and dispatch/shipping expectations.
  • Review MRP, demand changes, and supply constraints; execute expedites, deferrals, and rephasing actions as needed to support customer service and inventory goals.

  • Support supplier performance management by providing input for vendor scorecards (service, quality, communication, innovation, and responsiveness).
  • Participate in defining, aligning, and documenting procurement processes and best practices; maintain adherence to internal SOPs and controls.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels for packaging materials through correct use of planning parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times, lot sizes) in collaboration with Planning.
  • Support vendor, customer, and item setup activities as assigned.
  • Assist with other Supply Chain/Operations activities as needed to support business requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment in accordance with company policies, as applicable to the work area.

  • Strong working knowledge of MRP concepts, including demand signals, supply planning inputs, lead times, safety stock, and order management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reconciliation.
  • ERP experience required (Net Suite strongly preferred); ability to become proficient quickly and operate independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management fundamentals and vendor/customer relationship management.
