S&OP Demand Manager US Operations; Fully Remote

• Own, maintain, and troubleshoot statistical forecasting processes and tools to keep demand plans accurate.
• Facilitate monthly demand planning reviews and coordinate updates for key customer forecasts.
• Present data-driven reports on demand trends and forecast changes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field with seven years of experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with Power BI, Python, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills for cross-functional influence.
