Material Program Manager; Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Material Program Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will own supply chain program strategy and material program planning for complex programs within a highly regulated environment. The position will partner closely with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to drive delivery performance, manage risk, and support program execution. It will also play a key role in budgeting, earned value management, and the development of supplier work statements and sourcing approaches.

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

• Develop and execute supply chain program strategy and the material program plan
• Lead supplier assessments and sourcing strategies
• Manage material and labor budgets, including earned value management
• Guide development of supplier statements of work (SSOWs)
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage performance
• Forecast material and services delivery, addressing issues proactively
  
  Generate supplier risk and opportunity management plans

• University degree with 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with manufacturing or enterprise planning tools such as SAP or PRISM
• Proven leadership in project or cross-functional teams
• Material Program Management (MPM) Certification required within one year
• Willingness to travel as needed
