• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and service providers to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on shipment status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehousing, customs) to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.
• Utilize logistics software and technology platforms to track, manage, and report on freight activities.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with carriers and clients.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems.
