Job Title: Sr. Sourcing Associate

Location: Remote (United States)

Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned Information Technology (IT) projects to support business continuity and value creation.
• Establish, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships to deliver cost and service benefits to the corporation.
• Negotiate and establish effective supplier contract agreements, ensuring suppliers are held accountable for competitive pricing, high quality, and best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities that support successful integration of sourcing strategies for assigned IT categories and overall sourcing guidelines and processes.
• Lead complex sourcing projects and initiatives with high value and broad impact across the corporation.

• Minimum 10 years of experience negotiating IT software contracts.
• 4-year degree (minimum 4 years of degree education).
• Strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Proven contract negotiation capability specifically related to IT.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and lead initiatives that require coordination and follow-through.

Work in a 100% remote role with flexibility within a first‑shift schedule.

Partner primarily with US‑based suppliers while supporting global sourcing strategy execution.

Contribute to sourcing decisions that directly support business continuity and measurable value creation.

Lead high‑impact projects and initiatives that influence broader corporate outcomes.
