Backcountry is seeking a Replenishment Planner to own end-to-end replenishment for Bike category SKUs, aligning forecasted demand with on-hand and on-order stock. You will generate POs with vendors, manage lead times, and protect sales and margin.
Within 6–12 months, you will tune reorder points, improve in-stock rates, reduce overstock, and establish a weekly exception process for merchants. You will work across merchants, planners, vendors, and DC to move fast with full ownership.
