Global Transportation & Logistics Analyst

Piedmont Triad, NC – Hybrid

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually

Job Type: Long-Term Contract, anticipated 1–2 years

Hybrid – 2–3 days work from home

We are seeking an experienced Global Transportation & Logistics Process Analyst to support transportation and logistics operations for a large global organization. Global/international transportation experience is a key requirement for this position. This role will support both domestic and international transportation activities while working across a broad logistics network of carriers, vendors, service providers, and internal business teams. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on transportation and logistics experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with large amounts of data while identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Support domestic and international transportation and logistics operations
• Work with transportation data, reporting, and business processes
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, service providers, and internal teams
• Analyze transportation information and identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
• Support process improvements across transportation and logistics functions
• Assist with business process documentation and operational requirements
• Work cross-functionally with teams supporting a global supply chain
• Help ensure transportation processes and data are accurate and consistent

• Global/international transportation or logistics experience is required
• Experience supporting transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data and reporting
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with multiple departments, vendors, carriers, and business partners
• Experience working within a large or global organization is strongly preferred
