Equipment Logistics Scheduler

As an Equipment Scheduler, you will optimize logistics operations supporting efficient business operations. Your responsibilities include equipment mobilisation, transportation scheduling, import/export processes, inventory management, and capacity planning. You will provide expertise to operations, service, and project teams.

• Coordinate equipment mobilisation, demobilisation, and transportation to project sites
• Manage customs documentation, permits, certifications, insurance, and authorities
• Arrange road, air, and sea transportation
• Maintain shipment and project status reporting
• Monitor depot inventory and equipment certifications

• Five or more years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
• Knowledge of fleet coordination and equipment mobilisation
• Experience with customs, freight forwarding, and international shipping
• Proficiency with logistics systems, enterprise resource planning, and Excel
• Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
