• Support day-to-day post-order fulfillment for hardware and software shipments.
• Ensure accurate tracking, scheduling, and delivery confirmation.
• Escalate complex logistics issues to senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute hardware shipments and software license deliveries on time.
• Track fulfillment metrics and flag trends or concerns.
• Maintain accurate shipment and license data in company systems.

Qualifications:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar tools preferred.
