Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position for a Specialist Cleaning Team Manager. The role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing and coordinating cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities include organizing schedules, supervising staff, inspecting facilities, overseeing equipment maintenance, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills and proficiency in Communication to lead teams effectively and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and ensuring functionality of cleaning tools and machines.
- Expertise in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations to oversee daily cleaning activities and address operational requirements.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety protocols, as well as attention to detail for achieving high‑quality results.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; prior experience in facilities or cleaning management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting is a plus.
