Cleaning Operations Coordinator

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Cleaning Operations Coordinator to support their facilities management team in Vereeniging . • Coordinate daily cleaning activities and schedules for all assigned facilities.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Act as a key point of contact for cleaning staff, supervisors, and external service providers.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor the quality of cleaning services and adherence to standards.
• Assist in training new cleaning personnel and reinforce safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on cleaning performance, supply usage, and operational challenges.

• Experience in facility management , operations coordination, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team liaison.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with cleaning best practices and health and safety regulations is a plus.
