Remote Camp Housekeeping Supervisor

Lead remote camp housekeeping teams with coaching, audits, and cleaning standards on Dexterra Group’s two-weeks-on, one-week-off rotation. Work in a camp setting.
As Head Housekeeper, you supervise housekeeping and janitorial teams while working closely with the Camp Manager. You assign daily workloads, train employees, coordinate with front desk associates, and maintain site cleanliness. The position requires housekeeping experience, management or supervisor skills, and knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and supervise housekeeping and janitorial teams
Train new employees using provided packages and checklists
Assign daily workloads with management fairly and evenly
Coach housekeepers and janitors while working on the floor
Complete daily FTQ housekeeping and janitorial audits
Requirements:
Housekeeping experience is required
Management or supervisor skills are required
Remote lodge, hotel, institutional, or commercial cleaning experience
Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and products
Ability to complete background, drug, and alcohol testing
