Executive Contract - Remote Project, Event, Business Manager. This is a performance-based contract focused on Direct Sales and Marketing, offered as an Independent Contract Distributor opportunity. It involves marketing and distribution of Leadership with lifestyle mindset-focused products through our global platform. This is an independently run distributorship for self-starters who will invest time, ambition, and project execution skills into establishing and scaling a distribution unit using our established system and global platform.

• Direct Marketing & Distribution:
  Engage in the direct marketing and distribution of our online Leadership and lifestyle mindset products, leveraging our established global platform.
• System Implementation:
  Follow a proprietary 3-step business system using a laptop and phone.
• Time Commitment:
  Minimum of 3 hours per day, 5 days per week to manage contract fulfillment and direct sales operations.
• Training & Community:
  Attend and actively participate in a minimum of 3 global Zoom streams/business calls per week for training and operational support.
• Leadership Development:
  Build, empower, and mentor a network of sub-distributors, guiding them toward achieving their performance goals; lead by example with online training and mentoring.
• Autonomy:
  Exercise complete control over your operational schedule and work environment from anywhere with a laptop and phone.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years of professional experience in roles requiring high-level organizational, management, or executive skills (e.g., Project Manager, Event Director, Executive Assistant, Team Leader).
• Passion:
  Demonstrable passion for Leadership and lifestyle mindset growth.
• Communication:
  High-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Commercial Acumen:
  Understanding of establishing and managing a professional contract entity or sole proprietorship for tax purposes in your state/country of residence.
