Job Overview

Vice President, Regional Branch Manager – LPL Financial

Responsibilities
  • Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth
  • Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction
  • Support advisor recruitment by selling the mission and vision of the Employee Channel; transition new teams to LPL
  • Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability of the model
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of branch experience in a branch manager, branch operations/service or branch administration role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Series 7, 66, 9 and 10
  • 10+ years of financial services experience
  • Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed

Compensation

Total target $300,000‑$350,000. Pay range $198,900‑$331,500/year.
