The Lee Region - Modern Woodmen of America is actively seeking a Managing Partner for each of our markets to spearhead the continued development and leadership of a team of financial representatives. If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License—or at minimum, have completed the SIE certification—and have a strong desire to lead and foster a team, this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring!

Meet Our Regional Director:

Cameron Lee is a Regional Director with Modern Woodmen of America, where he leads advisor growth and development across Alabama. Since starting his career with Modern Woodmen in October 2008, he has been dedicated to fostering teamwork, building strong relationships, and helping families and businesses achieve financial security. Cameron is passionate about developing advisors into leaders and creating a culture of trust and collaboration.

Outside of work, he enjoys deer hunting, playing music, golf, and serving in his church community, all of which reflect his love for connection, teamwork, and faith.

Qualifications
  • Ability and Desire to recruit, train and develop new financial representatives.
  • Someone who is Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges
  • Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand.
Licenses
  • SIE Certification or willingness to quickly obtain
  • Series 26 (or 24) license or willingness to quickly obtain
  • Life/Health license or willingness to quickly obtain
