Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction Leadership

• Review estimator information to assemble comprehensive scopes of work.
• Provide detailed job schedules, work orders, and budgets to the office and field teams before kickoff.
• Collaborate with field supervisors to review production goals, schedules, and budgets before work begins.
• Present weekly progress reports at operations meetings to track milestones and address challenges.

Contract & Change Management

• Oversee all changes to the project — including change orders, submittals, revised plan sets, and work order adjustments.
• Ensure timely documentation and owner approvals prior to work execution.

Financial Oversight

• Prepare accurate and timely pay requests for review by leadership.
• Participate in monthly financial review meetings, analyzing WIP reports, cost variances, and profitability for each project.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between owners, engineers, and company personnel.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring open communication and trust throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Closeout

• Finalize jobs by managing retainage requests, punch lists, and as-built documentation.

Collaboration with Estimating

• Partner with estimators during the bid process, reviewing and signing off on proposals prior to submission.
