Job OverviewDriven Security is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations / Pre-Construction Manager to lead our installation department and pre-construction processes. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and enhance profitability while ensuring top-tier service delivery in physical security, electrical, and low-voltage integration. You'll also engage directly in pre-construction activities, including site surveys and estimate preparation. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the installation department to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to improve operational workflows.
Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of internal teams.
Collaborate across departments to streamline project delivery and increase effectiveness.
Monitor KPIs and initiate corrective actions to exceed performance targets.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct site surveys to support project planning and execution.
Assist in preparing project estimates and client proposals.
Oversee procurement and inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Support budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrical, low-voltage, or security integration project management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in process optimization and team performance improvement.
Deep understanding of security, electrical, and low-voltage industry standards and codes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.
Adaptable and composed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in the following is preferred:
- Electrical systems
- Low-voltage technologies
- Physical security integrator systems (cameras, access control, etc.)

Full-Time:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Remote position available after training. Initial onboarding and training to be conducted in Nashville, TN. Some travel may be required for projects.
