Support us in driving our exciting new openings in the Maldives and Seychelles while working in a truly international environment. This position can be based either on the Maldives or on the Seychelles.

These position includes specific benefits which can be discussed during the interview process.

• You design the Revenue Management strategy for the hotels with the goal of maximizing RevPAR and EBITDA
• You develop the pricing strategy for each segment and continuously monitor performance and results
• You oversee the Duetto pricing rules that guide price decisions and ensure the correct strategy is applied for every market segment and time period
• You lead the review and analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up reports
  , collaborating closely with your own team as well as with colleagues from Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, and senior leadership
• You track market trends across all relevant perspectives and segments (business sources, room types, points of sale, etc.) to ensure ongoing optimization of the pricing strategy
• You monitor and analyze revenue performance across all distribution channels (GDS, IDS, , Hotel Direct, etc.).
• You are responsible for developing an effective pricing and upsell strategy for each room category in order to maximize revenue for superior and attribute-based rooms
• You create action plans for room types whose performance is below expectations

• Initial knowledge in pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking as well as experience in a similar position for at least 3-5 years
• An analytical mindset combined with strong communication skills
• A true team player who thrives in an international environment
• Fluency in English;
  Spanish is a plus
• Open to relocate to the Maledives or Seychelles
