Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and client communications
  • Ensure quality control, safety, and project timelines are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast labor and equipment needs
  • Proactively manage field and remote teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Use construction management software to track progress, expenses, and reporting
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts early in the process
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

    Support business development efforts and identify growth opportunities within your segment
  • Maintain close relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within civil construction, utilities, or site development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in both field and remote work environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and take ownership of business operations
  • High proficiency in project scheduling, budget forecasting, and resource planning
  • Familiarity with construction management platforms and digital tools
  • Land development experience is highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
