Your Opportunity to Make an ImpactAs the Manager, Online Experience
, you will lead the continuous improvement of HMTX’s online presence and ensure seamless new product selection, onboarding, and setup. You’ll manage key platforms including , , Quote Center, and Home Depot PRO, driving marketing and promotional strategies while ensuring a high-quality online experience. This role requires mastery of product specifications, strong leadership to inspire your team, and the ability to foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, improving efficiencies, and delivering exceptional digital content.
- Oversee new item onboarding and setup, including reviewing potential items, verifying data accuracy, and managing timelines.
- Execute customer setup processes using internal and customer systems; monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful product launches.
- Manage digital content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with customer feedback and market trends.
- Develop and maintain product listings, digital assets, and content improvements across platforms.
- Train customer service teams on new product launches and processes.
- Provide feedback on new designs and assist with presentations for customer meetings.
- Facilitate creation of artwork, sell sheets, and training materials.
- Manage updates to the HMTX website and maintain master product listings for internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent editorial, written, and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Omnichannel experience and agility.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders.
- Experience leading and supporting organizational change.
- Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST, with flexibility for occasional evening meetings or calls. - Work Environment:
Hybrid, minimum two days in office. - Travel:
Some overnight travel may be required. - Physical Demands:
Mostly sedentary; repetitive hand and wrist motions; ability to lift, pull, or maneuver up to 25 lbs.
The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 with a yearly bonus potential. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
