The Market Execution Team within RCIS is seeking a Market Execution Project Lead (6T) or a Market Execution Lead, AVP (7T). The team works on high‑priority initiatives to achieve strategic objectives, fostering profitable growth, simplifying business processes, and building a high‑performance culture.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, team‑management and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be highly self‑motivated and able to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead projects to support strategy execution
• Lead meetings and problem‑solving sessions with broad groups of internal stakeholders, including senior executives
• Support new strategy implementation efforts and evaluate key projects/initiatives to determine if deliverables are being met
• Construct and manage senior‑executive level presentations that convey analyses and insights in a cohesive story (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Draw connections and insights across multiple projects/parts of the organization to ensure continuity of organization‑wide initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Strategic or Project Management/Consulting (for Market Execution Project Lead)
• Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in Strategic or Project Management/Consulting (for Market Execution Lead, AVP)

• Master’s Degree
• Project Management experience
• Strong technical skills in Excel and Power Point
• Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of relational databases
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships, particularly with market‑facing teams
• Insurance industry experience

Compensation for this role ranges from $85,500 to $175,100 annually, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility between 15% and 20% depending on level.

Locations: AM - Anoka, AM - Omaha, AM - Schaumburg. Remote working:
Hybrid.
