We are seeking experienced Superintendents to support large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment projects across multiple states. These roles will oversee daily field operations, develop project plans, and monitor performance. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in anticipating client needs, delivering solutions, and mentoring team members.

• Will ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes
• Leads the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs, and oversees incident investigations
• Reviews and updates construction schedules, addresses delays, and contributes to project schedules
• Estimates activity durations and materials for complex projects
• Working knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the project
• Participates in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiations
• Will set priorities and allocate resources as needed for the entire field team
• Provides leadership and mentorship to project staff and Superintendents

We're hiring for multiple levels of project management roles in telecommunications construction. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of the following:

• For senior-level roles: 8+ years of telecom or utility supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds
• For mid-level roles: 4-7 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility as Foreperson or Superintendent
• Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline is an asset
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices
• Ability to directly supervise craft employees as well as sub-contractors
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate and address issues
• Strong organizational and planning skills

This role will begin as a remote (work-from-home) position and will transition to a full-time, in-office role based in Florence once the new location is operational.
