Senior Construction Project Manager

Overview

We are partnered with a well-established General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects across the region.

This role offers the opportunity to lead $50M+ ground-up projects while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Location:

Greater Boston with remote flexibility.

Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 base salary, plus bonus opportunities, profit sharing, and standard benefits.

• Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on complex commercial projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance management.
• Partner with clients, executive leadership, and stakeholders to align project objectives and maintain strong relationships.
• Mentor and develop project management staff to strengthen team performance.
• Anticipate and resolve project challenges to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager leading ground-up commercial projects valued at $50M or more.
• Strong background in contract negotiation, financial oversight, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to balance on-site leadership with flexible remote collaboration.
