WAGE RANGE: DOE $54,000 - 57,500

* Bend based Community Managers are required to be full-time in-office in Bend, Oregon during the training period of 3 months. After 3 months, Community Managers have the flexibility to work in-office/at home as needed.

JOB SUMMARY: We’re hiring a Community Manager with previous HOA management experience to take on a small, well-defined portfolio of communities in Central Oregon. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with meaningful in-person engagement, without the overwhelm of an oversized portfolio.

You’ll work closely with a limited number of volunteer HOA boards, building strong, trust-based relationships and helping their communities run smoothly — from daily operations to long-term planning.
