• Lead the development of proposals and cost estimates for waste‑management programs.
• Manage day‑to‑day client engagement and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Budget oversight, invoicing, and tracking of client performance.
• Support regional and contractor operations, ensuring project milestones and schedules are met.
• Drive HSE KPI monitoring, analyze trends, and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate environmental impact assessment projects and risk‑management processes.
• Prepare and respond to bid solicitations, proposals, and tender responses.
• Lead climate adaptation strategy development for large‑scale projects.
• Participate in community of practice and share innovations with colleagues.

• Over 6–10 years of general experience in environmental or waste‑management fields.
• Experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve results.
• Strong knowledge of RCRA, TSCA, and DOT regulations preferred.
• Previous waste‑management coordination experience a plus.
• Excellent technical writing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• CHMM certification a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

• Substantial general work experience with comprehensive job‑related expertise.
• Managerial experience supervising people and resources within limited time frames.

Hybrid: three days in‑office per week, plus flexible remote work.
