• Lead with impact:
  Manage and develop the AR team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive AR strategy:
  Create and execute strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce past-due balances, and strengthen working capital.
• Strengthen controls:
  Establish and enforce credit policies, perform risk assessments, and implement collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
• Collaborate across teams:
  Partner with Sales, Finance, Transportation, and Customer Service to improve invoicing accuracy, resolve disputes, and align on customer solutions.
• Leverage data & technology:
  Monitor AR metrics (DSO, aging, collections performance) and lead initiatives to enhance reporting, automation, and systems (ERP and AR tools).
• Support compliance & standards:
  Ensure AR processes adhere to accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Build customer relationships:
  Engage with customers directly to ensure timely payments, resolve issues, and maintain strong business partnerships.
• Innovate & improve:
  Champion continuous improvement and technology-driven enhancements to streamline processes and support future growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounts receivable management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in AR best practices, credit policy, collections strategy, and customer credit management.
• Strong leadership experience with proven success in developing high-performing teams.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Workday preferred) and AR automation tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while driving measurable results.
