** Job Purpose Statement
** To supervise and coordinate maintenance and service to Boddie-Noell Enterprises home office, grounds and other Rocky Mount properties.##
** Job Functions
*** Assure safety and security of the BNE home office and surrounding areas.
* Supervise employees to keep building (inside and out) and surrounding areas neat and clean and all parking lots maintained.
* Maintain checks on heating and air conditioning units for proper functioning.
* Supervise and control all house cleaning done by outside source for BNE building.
* Supervise lawn maintenance and maintenance to all equipment used for BNE grounds and surrounding areas.
* Maintain warehouse property.
* Supervise and coordinate all intra- and inter-department moves within building.
* Manage all outside contractors performing services.
* Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
** Requirements:
*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and communication.
* Experience in negotiating contracts.
* HVAC knowledge.
