The Technical Program Management team was created three years ago to manage the portfolio of group programs across all business units and provide global visibility to leadership.

• Lead large‑scale cross‑functional programs through design, development, and market launch across all European OLX classified products.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders across the Group to ensure work is aligned with strategic priorities.
• Prioritize programs, develop deliverable schedules, track external dependencies and commitments, and manage stakeholders.
• Determine and mitigate risks, assess and communicate status, and provide program visibility to leadership.
• Establish and apply a governance framework that works across business units and functional areas for decision‑making.
• Track program performance using success metrics, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and collaborate to fine‑tune programs as needed.
• Manage a portfolio of programs using tools and analytics to ensure alignment with business unit and Group goals.
• Work closely with the leadership team.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in software program management, including managing significant cross‑functional projects in mid‑size or large companies with industry‑standard software development methodologies.
• Experience operating at scale, e.g., teams and products around the world in fast‑growing consumer markets.
• Experience working directly with executive teams.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Background in developing and/or applying a governance framework for decision‑making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Engineering and Product Leaders – daily engagement on program delivery.
• TPM team: part of the Global CTO office, collaborating with OLX executive leaders.
• Business unit leadership – collaboration and governance to ensure programs meet global and business unit goals.
• Executive management team – preparation of quarterly reviews delivered by business unit leads.
• Finance leaders – planning product investments, tracking program costs and ROI.
