The Associate Director of Specialized Masters Career Development works under the direction of the Executive Director of Career Services and Strategy to support initiatives related to students in the Questrom's Specialized Master’s Program. The Associate Director designs career outcome support strategies and develops innovative methods to engage the master’s student population for the purpose of career education. The Associate Director plays a critical role in delivering industry-leading services to maintain high levels of student engagement.
The Associate Director works closely with the Industry Relations Management team, the Specialized Masters Faculty and Program offices, and student organizations to identify and implement best practices to support and improve career outcomes. The Associate Director supervises and develops a team of Assistant Directors in each degree program.
- Support initiatives related to Questrom’s Specialized Master’s Program students.
- Design career outcome support strategies and develop innovative engagement methods for master’s students.
- Deliver industry-leading services to maintain high levels of student engagement.
- Collaborate with the Industry Relations Management team, Specialized Masters Faculty and Program offices, and student organizations to identify and implement best practices to improve career outcomes.
- Supervise and develop a team of Assistant Directors in each degree program.
- Master’s Degree required.
- Superior written and oral communications skills; strong interpersonal skills; strong computer skills; ability to drive innovative thinking; strong emotional intelligence.
- Three to five years of experience in graduate student career services required, with additional industry experience preferred.
- Remote work up to two days per week is offered throughout the calendar year.
