Key Responsibilities- Lead, direct, and mentor Project Managers to ensure successful project completion
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Enforce quality standards and safety protocols on all projects
- Manage subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with plans and regulations
- Maintain up‑to‑date cost tracking to align with profitability estimates
- Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and customer documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all project activities
- Act as a strategic partner, optimizing workflows and team efficiency
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field
- Experience:
- Five or more years in commercial construction project management
- At least one year in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven ground‑up commercial construction experience across facilities such as schools, fire stations, automotive dealerships, childcare centers, quick‑serve restaurants, and large retail/big‑box stores
- Licensing: Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid Driver’s License
- Technical Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Project management software (Procore or similar)
- Accounting cost management software (Sage or similar)
- Scheduling software (Microsoft Project or similar)
- Adobe/Bluebeam
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and regulations
- Ability to motivate and lead teams in high‑pressure environments
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards (OSHA, building codes, etc.)
