Collaboration Manager (CM) – Project Manager/Lead Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced management consultants that are interested in leading fast‑paced client projects as 10

EQS Collaboration Managers (CMs). Our clients hire us to work on exciting growth and go‑to‑market‑related projects across different industries, functional topics, and geographies. All work is online, all meetings are remote, and all project participants collaborate in virtual teams.

CMs work with international teams of subject‑matter experts, analysts, researchers, and 10

EQS delivery specialists that help ensure successful project delivery. Key CM responsibilities include overall project management, expert interviews, coordination of secondary research, client communications management, content synthesis, and client deliverables preparation.

CMs work with us on a project‑by‑project basis. Projects typically run from 1 to 6 weeks. Depending on the scope and length of the project, CMs are expected to devote approximately ~50‑100% of their time to a given project.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications

• Experience working as a consultant at a leading management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte/Monitor, Accenture, Strategy& (PwC), L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, EY, Kearney, Roland Berger, etc.)
• Experience working in a strategic role as an executive in a corporation is a plus
• Master’s Degree or MBA from a leading international university
• Good problem structuring, solving, and project management capabilities
• Experience in interfacing with various client organizations and C‑level executives
• Adept in producing clear and articulate client deliverables in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Exceptional interviewing skills of subject matter experts
• High level of reliability and responsiveness in a remote working environment
• Fluency in a second language (Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, French, German, etc.) is highly desirable
