Own the operational engine of a fast-scaling national franchise system.
Special Strong is growing aggressively and expanding from 25 to 100+ locations in the next 1–2 years. We’re hiring a VP of Franchise Operations who can elevate unit performance, strengthen systems, and drive operational excellence across the network.
This role is for a high-capacity operator—someone who can turn strategy into execution, improve franchisee performance, and build scalable systems for rapid growth.
Compensation- Base Salary: $130,000 annually ($10,833/month)
Performance Bonuses: Added on top of salary, tied to franchise growth, KPIs, unit economics, and systemwide performance.
- Build and execute operational strategies that improve scalability and profitability.
- Oversee franchise operations, training, compliance, and franchisee support functions.
- Implement systems, processes, and technology that streamline operations.
- Manage KPIs, performance reviews, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure brand standards, legal requirements, and operating protocols are followed.
- Partner with CEO, marketing, and development on new market openings and onboarding.
- Coach regional managers and ops staff; create a culture of accountability.
- Drive cost control, efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
- Support franchise owners with high-quality communication, guidance, and problem solving.
- Provide clear operational insights, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- 7–10+ years of leadership in franchising or multi-unit operations.
- Proven success improving franchisee performance and scaling systems.
- Strong command of KPIs, financials, and operational execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- EOS experience a plus.
- Fitness, wellness, or service-based franchise background preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
