Goodjuju Marketing: CRM Manager

To apply for this full-time web developer role, you build websites for our clients using Elementor on Word Press.

• Someone with strong English writing and speaking skills (accent is not critical).

✅ Creating designs and concepts for new/existing sites

✅ Collaborating with designers, developers, and writers

✅ Using our systems and client-provided content to build the website (training will be provided)

✅ Communicating with clients via email and occasional calls to suggest ideas and ask questions

✅ Working at a reasonable pace so website builds do not get delayed

✅ Communicating status and workload to the COO and CEO

✅ Providing new ideas/innovation to the COO and CEO

✅ Providing project updates to the COO and CEO

✅ Responding promptly to clients and the internal team

✅ 6.5 hours per day on average, Monday–Friday (no strict hour tracking; focus on productivity)

✅ Full commitment – no side hustles or second jobs.

✅ Flexible hours and work-from-anywhere.

STARTING base pay around $1,900.00-$2,100.00/month (DOE and Results), paid twice per month. Multiple opportunities to earn more with good performance.

Ability to earn raises at any time by hustling, exceeding expectations, and producing great work.
