Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Overview
There is a role based in Newton, MA requiring an enthusiastic, detail oriented, and operationally savvy Process Operations Manager. The candidate should be able to multi-task, stay organized, and manage team members across the organization to help with various product marketing and operational support as required. The role reports to the Director of Process Operations and will oversee team members involved in brand campaigns and related operations.
Responsibilities- Provide guidance including creating process documentation and answering questions for team members who serve as project management support for a variety of brand campaigns and projects.
- Manage the day-to-day workload of team members, monitor workloads, and assign projects and accounts.
- Lead a team responsible for operational needs with a focus on brand campaign setup and fulfillment requirements, including daily tasks such as banner setup across systems, campaign updates, performance monitoring, forecasting, and optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, troubleshoot, resolve brand campaign issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Create and maintain best practices, documentation, and checklists to share across the team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- 3-5 years of experience managing brand campaigns, people, and workload monitoring.
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-motivated.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AdDaptive, Xandr, Airtory, Zendesk, etc.
We support in-person collaboration three days a week or more, with flexibility to work from home or remotely when not in offices or at events.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 per annum. This posting will automatically expire on 11/05/26.
