• Lead with confidence
  :
  Manage three direct reports and a team of 18 pension professionals.
• Deliver excellence
  :
  Ensure timely, accurate pension transactions and compliance with all statutory and scheme requirements.
• Innovate and improve
  :
  Develop operational plans, implement service enhancements, and champion continuous improvement.
• Collaborate
  :
  Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including actuaries, legal advisers, and administration providers.
• Stay ahead
  :
  Monitor SLAs, produce performance reports, and support new systems and legislative changes.

• Expertise
  : A recognised pensions qualification (APMI/FPMI) and 10+ years’ experience in pensions administration and service delivery.
• Leadership
  :
  Proven ability to inspire and manage teams.
• Technical know‑how
  :
  Deep knowledge of DB and DC pensions, pension systems (ideally Compendia), and strong IT skills.
• Communication
  :
  Clear, concise, and confident – both written and verbal.
• Drive
  :
  Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering high‑quality results on time.
