The Manager of New Business Sales will focus on the new products we take to market. This highly visible position will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives delivering new revenue against an assigned quota.

This role will lead a team of Account Executives aligned to the SMB business, with specific segment coverage determined at the time of placement based on organizational needs. You’ll drive performance through proactive coaching, strategic guidance, and a hands‑on leadership approach. The ideal candidate will cultivate a high‑performance culture where AEs feel empowered and motivated to independently identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.

The Account Executives will target SMB companies with fewer than 100 employees, often operating in fast‑paced, dynamic environments where agility and efficiency are critical to success.

What You Will Do:
  • Define team objectives to enable achievement of daily, weekly and, quarterly targets
  • Build, train, and manage up to 10 Account Executives to identify and close qualified opportunities
  • Coach AE’s through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting in recurring 1:1’s
  • Facilitate team meetings, including pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
  • Sales planning and forecast management; manage AE’s to performance metrics
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives

    Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Account Executives
  • Foster a collaborative, competitive, and positive team environment
  • Champion company values and lead by example
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience and 2+ years sales management/leadership experience
  • Enthusiasm for coaching, selling & mentoring
  • Experience selling a GTM solution is a major plus!
  • Experience with business intelligence tools
  • Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
  • Excellent active listening skills with genuine curiosity used to easily collaborate with both prospects and colleagues
  • A general understanding of Zoom Info offerings
  • A broad knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem including
  • Ability to communicate with, present to, and influence all levels of an organization

This role is hybrid position from one of our offices (Waltham MA, Vancouver WA, or Bethesda MD), with the option to work from home on Mondays & Fridays
