• Oversee and manage all aspects of multifamily residential projects, including design, planning, construction, and handover.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present project proposals, schedules, budgets, and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the project.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the best value for money.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise during the project.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the multifamily residential sector.
• Experience managing large‑scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant technology.
• Experience with Chicagoland projects is highly desirable.
