Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
About The Role
Manager of Professional Services – leads the Pagero Delivery Team, including Project Managers, Implementation Consultants/Specialists, and Service Managers. This position partners with other Professional Services Managers and centralized Solutions teams, reporting to a Senior Manager or Director of Professional Services. The role requires a strong customer‑oriented mindset, solid background in Professional Services Delivery, and deep knowledge of the Pagero Network, Platform, and key business processes.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of 10‑15 direct reports, developing individuals from entry level to experts who deliver on projects.
- Design and implement projects that help customers deploy solutions.
- Assist with pre‑sales activities, including detailed project planning and product demonstrations, partnering with Sales, Global Compliance & Reporting Leadership to secure new business.
- Develop project plans, manage capacity, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with Customer Integration to align competency splits.
- Implement Objectives, Key Results, and strategies to drive growth.
- Present and report to the Senior Manager/Director and within defined structures.
- Coach and develop Implementation Consultants/Specialists and Project & Service Managers.
- Ensure competencies and capacities align with forecasts and demand.
- Establish standardized processes for global project management.
- Build relationships with Regulatory Affairs, Country Launch, Product, and other Pagero functions.
- Lead organizational change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in system integrations, IT Project Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the field, including 6+ years in leadership roles and managing people.
- 6+ years of project management, professional services, software development, or consulting experience.
- Proven track record in B2B environments.
- In‑depth knowledge of Pagero’s primary products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of the technical foundation of the Pagero Network and Platform.
- Excellent training, coaching, and talent development abilities.
- Deep knowledge of customers’ Order‑to‑Cash and Purchase‑to‑Pay processes.
- Experience with automation and compliance of business transactions.
- Extensive experience working with customers and senior stakeholders to deliver value.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Capability to translate customer business needs into solutions and proposals.
- Proven ability to lead in agile, fast‑paced environments and develop new standards.
- Results‑oriented mindset with commitment to win.
- Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑management, and industry‑analysis skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.

In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 USD – $184,600 USD, adjusted for location, skills, experience, and equity. Base pay is part of a comprehensive Total Reward program that includes flexible benefits, wellness programs, and an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
