• Have excellent communication skills and be motivated by working within a dynamic and diverse project delivery environment.
• Enjoy turning your hand to new challenges and be keen to learn, while also supporting others within our multi-disciplinary teams.
• Be able to manage the commercial and quality performance of projects and deploy techniques to control delivery, cost, manage risk and change.
• Have experience of project management to deliver outputs/outcomes to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
• Be able to motivate yourself and teams, deal with conflict and create a collaborative team culture to meet client requirements.
• Be willing to travel within the UK and work flexibly with occasional out of hours work to accommodate project and client requirements.

• Proven experience in project management of manufacturing plant and facilities from design through to procurement, installation and delivery, ideally within regulated or complex environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to managing project performance, risk, and change, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
• Experienced in effective commercial management of D&B contracts and supply chain delivery.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to mentor others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK and adapt to project needs.
