Bilingual Senior Manager of Merrimack Valley Renewal Fund (Spanish/ English)

All In Energy, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to accelerating an inclusive clean energy economy. We work with cities, community organizations, and clean energy companies to connect communities of color, non‑English speakers, and renters to energy‑saving programs and affordable renewable energy.

The Renew Program, supported by the Merrimack Valley Renewal Fund and integrated with Mass Save®, provides clean energy and energy‑efficiency upgrades for communities affected by the 2018 gas explosions. The Senior Manager will lead cross‑team strategies and project execution with limited supervision, ensuring program success and alignment with goals set by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER).

Key Responsibilities
  • Program & Project Leadership
    • Provide strategic oversight for the Renew program and lead its execution.
    • Maintain program documentation and ensure all materials are translated into Spanish.
    • Facilitate periodic meetings with internal teams and partners.
  • External Partnership & Funder Liaison
    • Serve as the primary liaison with the DOER and cooperation with coalition partners.
    • Coordinate recruitment of Mass Save Home Performance Contractors (HPCs) and approve customer‑facing materials.
    • Represent the program at public forums and media appearances.
  • Reporting and Invoicing
    • Coordinate invoicing with Finance, ensuring accurate reservation and invoicing for contractors.
    • Maintain program data in Salesforce and oversee weekly production updates.
    • Produce periodic detailed reports for the DOER and coordinate program performance improvements.
  • Customer & Contractor Engagement
    • Support the Customer Action Manager, providing wrap‑around support and interpretation services.
    • Assist HPCs in explaining technologies and encouraging customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • 3–5 years of project/program management experience with goal‑setting, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing complex external stakeholders or inter‑organization projects.
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to keep tasks, records, and systems organized.
  • Creative problem‑solving skills and capacity for independent decision‑making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
  • Experience working with populations in the Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts.
  • Experience in people management, coalition facilitation, and communication.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the Massachusetts clean energy sector and energy‑efficiency programs.
  • Work in a nonprofit or mission‑driven environment serving low‑to‑moderate income or majority‑minority communities.
Hours, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $78,835.67
  • Hours:

    Full‑time (40 hours/week), with occasional evenings or weekends for events.
  • Location:

    Lawrence, MA – regular mandatory attendance with approximately 50% in‑person and 50% remote.
