Sr. Program Manager

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs, collaborating with stakeholders, customers, engineers, and operations
• Independently manage high-profile, complex projects and direct project-related customer communications
• Coordinate activities between sub-projects occurring at multiple sites
• Educate and train functional groups on the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Create a culture of continuous improvement by establishing strong partnerships across various teams

• B.S. Degree in business, engineering, or science field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7+ years of related professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of project management disciplines and project team dynamics
• Proven ability to manage complex projects successfully
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project leadership, including management of complex projects for a minimum of 3 years

• Experience with optical and electro-mechanical products
• Knowledge of several product development and project management paradigms
• Understanding of tools for continuous improvement and/or program management
