Director of Learning Engagement, Vermont Network’s Amplify Leadership Lab

Are you energized by creating engaging learning opportunities for adults, collaborating with a values-driven team, and igniting meaningful change? The Vermont Network’s Amplify Leadership Lab to Uproot Gender-Based Violence is seeking a Director of Learning Engagement to join our team. As the Director of Learning Engagement, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful training and leadership development experiences that support people working to end violence, strengthen community support for survivors, and build the collective leadership capacity of those working to create a violence-free world in Vermont and beyond.

Our ideal candidate is a strong project manager, skilled in facilitation and training design who is equally at home creating, hosting, supporting, and delivering learning opportunities in person or virtually.

This position is grant funded for at least two years. All positions are hybrid – Waterbury and Home Office. Minimum of 3-4 years of advocacy, facilitation, and/or training design experience.
