The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex financial planning projects across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning systems, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business success. Looking specifically for someone in financial planning space with experience.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for financial planning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of financial planning systems and tools, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
• Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices and innovative solutions within the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers, providing support and development opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 6 yrs. experience in project management, business systems analysis, software development or deployment, with a minimum of 3 years experience managing projects.
