Customer Success Manager; Remote

TREMGroup (The Real Estate Marketing Group) is seeking a dynamic Success Manager to join our team. We specialize in delivering premium services to high-end clients in the real estate industry. • Lead and manage high-profile projects for TREMGroup, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing experts to execute tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Review team deliverables for quality assurance before sending them to clients.
• Respond to client emails and calls, and conduct regular weekly meetings or conference calls to provide weekly updates on their accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience. PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically handling complex and high-value projects for high-end clients and CRM use.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing project requirements and client expectations.
• Fluent English is required for this role.

Salary: $800-$1,000 monthly depending on experience (Full-Time Role Monday-Friday)
