What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Create and communicate a vision and strategy for the inside sales department, driving desired outcomes and sales results.
- Coach and develop the inside sales leadership team against key performance indicators and target objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and innovative ideas to enhance efficiencies and business results.
- Manage the timely, accurate exchange of information for reporting and improve process efficiencies.
- Ensure field and customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and escalation management.
- 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience managing an inside sales center or equivalent, with vendor management and retail experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing call metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills necessary for effective department management.
- Experience implementing complex product training across diverse work teams.
- Familiarity with the diabetes industry or strong knowledge of the disease and treatment.
- Ability to coordinate internal resources for national sales team coverage.
- Strong hands‑on computer and analysis skills.
- Experience in developing scripts, technical documentation, and training materials.
