- Implement operational excellence in forecasting, account coverage, and success planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Engineering to drive account growth and customer satisfaction
- Launch and oversee regional programs aligned with global strategy, identifying growth opportunities
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS leadership
- Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets at scale
- Experience leading distributed teams and managing leaders
- Strong operational skills in forecasting, playbooks, and success plans
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- Experience with project management or work management software
- Familiarity with data and analytics tools, including Salesforce and Clari
- Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, matrixed environment
